Scrubber 75

Heavy-Duty Scrubbing Robot
About Scrubber 75
Scrubber 75 is an industrial cleaning robot. It is a classic flagship product of Gausium, the “first-born child” of the cleaning robot family. The autonomous floor scrubber is equipped with 20+ sensors all around the machine body that guarantees superb environmental perception and smart obstacle avoidance. With a 750mm scrubbing width and a 75L clean water tank, the robot is an ideal choice for large-area cleaning missions.

Key Features Of Scrubber 75

Dual Cleaning Modes

The Scrubber 75 adapts to different floor conditions with seamless mode switching. Roller brushes clear debris, while disc brushes deliver deep scrubbing for spotless results.

Multiple Sensors

Equipped with 3D LiDAR, front oblique LiDAR, a depth camera, and bumper sensors for precise navigation and obstacle detection.

Lighting System

The Smart Lighting System incorporates multiple lights for auto-operation alerts and mimics car signals for directional indication. Additionally, it projects light, up to 1 meter on both sides, communicating the robot’s precise position.

Dyanmic Mapping

Proactively perceives environmental changes, updates the map, and reroutes itself in real-time. This eliminates the need for constant monitoring, ensuring the robot autonomously adapts to its surroundings and avoids getting lost or stuck.

Manual Control

Scrubber 75 offers an Effortless Manual Control experience with a stand-on pedal and a 270º steering wheel. Users can effortlessly manoeuvre the machine with ease, ensuring enhanced control and precision during manual operation.

Sensors

A 240º, 100m range sensor that accurately detects obstacles and creates detailed maps of the environment. Its advanced capabilities ensure thorough coverage for effective obstacle avoidance and precise area mapping, enhancing the robot’s navigational efficiency.

Positioned on the front, this LiDAR detects low-height obstacles, such as stairs and potholes, within a 1-meter range. By focusing on the immediate surroundings, it provides the robot with heightened awareness, enabling it to navigate with precision in spaces where low obstacles may pose a challenge.

Capable of real-time video streams, this camera can identify objects such as people and cars within 2-6 meters. It enhances the perception of close-range and low-height obstacles, ensuring the robot’s ability to intelligently interact with its environment, creating a more responsive cleaning experience.

Positioned behind the bumper, this sensor detects collisions and promptly halts operations for added safety. By immediately responding to impacts, the robot minimises the risk of damage, ensuring a secure cleaning process in various environments with enhanced safety measures.
